This is a plain-language summary of what FocusLift collects and how we handle it. It is not legal advice. The short version: we collect what we need to run the app, we don't sell your data, and you can delete it.
1. How you sign in
You sign in with Google or Apple (OAuth). We receive a basic profile from your provider, typically your name and email address, to create and identify your account. We never receive your Google or Apple password.
2. What we store
We store the data you create and need for the app to work:
- Account basics: your name and email from Google or Apple.
- Training data: the routines, workouts, sets, and body measurements you log.
- Operational data: basic logs needed to run the service securely and diagnose problems.
3. How we use it
We use your data to provide FocusLift: to sync your training across devices, show your history and progress, and keep your account secure. We do not use it for advertising.
4. We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use a small number of infrastructure providers (for example, cloud hosting) solely to run the service on our behalf.
5. Deleting your account
You can delete your account and its associated data at any time. Once deleted, your training data is removed from our systems, except where we're required to retain limited records by law.
