Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-08
These terms are a plain-language summary of how FocusLift works and what you can expect from us. They are not legal advice. By creating an account or using FocusLift, you agree to the terms below.
1. Your account
You sign in to FocusLift with Google or Apple (OAuth). We never see or store your Google or Apple password. You are responsible for keeping access to the Google or Apple account you sign in with.
2. Acceptable use
FocusLift is for building and tracking your own training. Do not use the service to break the law, disrupt the service for others, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
3. Your content
The routines, workouts, and measurements you create belong to you. We store them so we can sync them across your devices and show them back to you. You can delete your account and its data at any time.
4. Health disclaimer
FocusLift is a training tool, not a medical service. Training information in the app is general and not personalized medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new training program.
5. Availability & changes
We work to keep FocusLift available and reliable, but we provide the service “as is” without warranties. We may update these terms as the product evolves; when we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date above.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. It is part of these terms.
